I was in a tricky situation with my job where it appeared that I didn't have the 2 years job experience to obtain the loan for the house I was trying to purchase and Wade went to bat for me and we got it locked down at the start of a very hot market. Wouldn't have been able to get the dream house without him!

I was recommended to each out to Wade at 1st Utah Mortgage by a friend after I was already under contract and my previous loan officer was falling through.
