Devin helped us with our original loan and did a phenomenal job and then gave us a call a year later to let us know we qualified for a much lower interest rate if we refinanced. We would have had no idea about this opportunity if he hadn't thought of us! He was with us every step of the way, was very responsible, timely, and got us the best deal possible. The staff at Wasatch Mortgage Company was AMAzING!! They communicated quickly and clearly, so we had no surprises. They were also able to get our loan closed earlier than we anticipated. These guys and gals are honest, hard working and we will use them in the future. Their fees are reasonable. We used Wasatch Mortgage for purchasing a home as well as for refinancing a home.
