Our 959 Cox Road office in Gastonia is designed to afford you the most convenience and accessibility possible when scheduling an appointment. The founding office of the practice was opened in 1994 by plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Ness. He initiated an expansion process that began in 2000, ultimately adding multiple physicians and opening offices encompassing a large segment of North Carolina.

Dr Fraser has treated several seborrheic dermatosis spots (noncancerous) around my hairline. However, on one visit he wanted to perform a full body scan and found a precancerous mole on my back. I would never have noticed it! He is very thorough. In a time when doctors don't want to spend more than 5 minutes with you I very much appreciate that he will take the time that is necessary to further investigate if he suspects a problem with your skin.

I absolutely love Dr. Frazier and his nurse Tracy! Extremely knowledgable, excellent bedside manner, and always leave my appointments feeling satisfied and very cared for as a patient. My family has entrusted our skin care to Dr,. Fraser and his staff for many years. He always answers my questions, and is not rushed to get out of the room like some of my other providers.
