Wow what a great job they did. We live in a 128 year old house with most original windows, they took such great care cleaning them and the leaded glass windows. The cleaned each individual piece of glass. They scraped any little drip of paint and extra glazing that might have been on the glass from work we’ve recently had done. I would totally recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much. Beautiful job!

Outstanding job. Selling my house in Elk Grove Village and their team can out and knocked it out of the park. Two story house with major outside gunked up windows. They scraped the corners, washed the frames and the shine was flawless. Very good and the sun shines through with perfection. Thank you !!!!

Blown away with the suburb customer service. I’m having the actual service tomorrow, but up until today I have been so impressed with the customer service provided by this company. They came out right away to provide a quote. Very responsive with scheduling and go above and beyond with customer service. So… excited to have our windows cleaned tomorrow.

I highly recommend Itasca Window Cleaning. This team was conscientious, professional and top notch from the initial consultation through the final result. David was exactly on time to provide our estimate and the final bill was right in line with the estimate. A crew of 4 people arrived to do the work. (It's Covid and everyone wore masks, which we appreciated.) And let me tell you, it was a tough job. Some of the windows were hard to open due to a poor trim painting job and they worked carefully and meticulously to open the windows and did not damage the paint or trim. The job took nearly 4 hours

Awesome Job! This team of hard workers really just blew me away with how quick and efficiently they ran. I will be using them again for sure! They did my 2 flat with lots of windows in record time. We came across a few surprises with my older windows, but that did not even slow them down! Great service, friendly, and I wish i had more cash on hand for a bigger tip! Next time, ill be prepared!!!

Based on the recommendations of several friends I hired Itasca Window Cleaning / Don Vehrs to clean every window / screen, inside / outside, my home. They did a PHENOMENAL job! The scheduling process was easy. The workers were on time, polite and helpful. Our windows are so clean you can’t even tell we have windows. I HIGHLY recommend Itasca Window Cleaning / Don Vehrs.

Don's company was recommended to us by a popular window treatment company in the area and boy are we glad! He came to our new residence and gave us a quote to wash all of our windows and screens. We were impressed not only by his friendliness but his beyond fair price! The work was scheduled a short time later and he and his crew finished the entire house in record time. My wife, a tough critic, called me at work ecstatic and satisfied with how the work turned out. I was equally impressed when I came home. We'll be using Don's services again this year and every year after!

We moved into our home in late February and the windows were LONG overdue for a cleaning. Full of dirt, grime and spider webs. In addition, aside from being old, some of our windows are a bit odd in how they operate. I was concerned that cleaning them would either be impossible or would require an excessive fee. Don responded within hours of submitting my inquiry on his website and was at our home within a day to do an estimate. The quote he provided was reasonable and his personality and sense of humor really was the finishing touch--we didn't even bother with the other companies we had reached

Itsca Window Cleaning is one of those company's who pride themselves with true service for the customer. No short cuts, meticulous detail in all they do. Air duct cleaning took 5 hours until David was satisfied they were entirely clean. Windows are so clean I may just walk through the patio door forgetting there's glass. Power washing left the entire outside refreshed and clean.
The crew is extremely polite and friendly. They take great pride in what they do. Don is just the best. Wish I could hire them to do more work around the house! Keep up the great job!!

I called and set up appt for a quote. The rode by and took a look and left a quote on my door. 48 hours later we had an appt for my windows to be cleaned. Don came out with his crew and they went to work. I have a four level town home with very high ceilings. They cleaned all of the windows(interior and exterior) as well as the screens in less than 90 minutes. They did an excellent job! Looking out looks like I am looking in HD! Im so glad I found them. The price was reasonable also!
