Sports Massage is an interactive massage targeting those that are active and either need assistance with repetative sports injuries, enhancing performance or those looking to be preventative in their training. This is very client specific and will be set to meet your needs. Our Therapeutic Massage is based on YOUR needs.

This massage will be targeting those areas taht have been identified as needing work done through the intake process. During this massage you may be asked to assist with various movements to help the LMT to better work your muscles to achieve the desired goal for each session. I have many clients that LOVE this massage because of the many benefits that are achieved with the incorporated oils used.
