It could be much nicer but toys are broken,
mostly girly toys, very very dirty sticky full of dust.
Floor maybe was cleaned a while ago but under neath every shelve big fluffy dusty cats( my baby took toy from under the main shelve with toys and I was shocked how dirty is there)
So sorry.
I was full of hope to find a decent play centre but No Never Again.
Not hygienic at all.

It's a good place for kids. However the staff leaves the kids they have in care (or their kids) to do whatever (unsupervised). Kids came and took the food from our table and run off. Then returned for the drink and toys.
But most important, they allow people with kids that are coughing and has runny nose to get inside.
I've took my lil one there and few days later she went on ABx for a viral chest infection. Except home, that was the only place we've been visiting.

Very good play facilities for ages up to 4 I'd say! Visited few months ago and they were exceptionally clean. Limited menu which was expected but then they didn't even have the items listed. Would have been better if we could have took our own packed lunch for the children. Good work though ladies we will be back as soon as we can!!

Terrible experience. Claimed it was a SEN session so thought perfect, a little treat for my sons birthday. Staff just stared and tutted while my son had a meltdown and self harmed. The reason he had a meltdown was because a lady, who I'm certain works there, kept taking away what he was playing with. Never going back again!

Hi ladies, just a quick review to say thanks always, for being so paitent with ours little kiddies, it's not easy working in a place where kids go wilde all day lollll, you staff are always happy and friendly, always willing to help. The place has decent prices compared to other play areas. All in all great few hours of fun for our babies. We have tiny tots so really Love the baby section. Cheers

If i could give zero stars I would. i booked my sons 3rd birthday here, had to wait outside for 20 minutes for them to tell the other party to leave even though i had paid for a specific time slot after that i was very disappointed that we never had any party host in the room as advertised with the kids and what i paid for, the food was nothing like advertised and had to keep repeatedly ask for my sons cake to be bring out and for kids to receive juice after 45 mins. So overall I didn't receive the time i paid for, nor the party host without any reimbursement what so ever. I have never left a review
