We have been staying here for years while visiting family. After this experience, we will not be back. While the staff was amazing, our rooms was dirty, old and broken. It was on a low floor and right by the entrance. Gauging from the parking lot, the hotel wasn't any where near full when we arrived so why would you put us in a sub-par room? Very disappointed and have decided to find another location for our visits considering the price and how terrible our room was this time.

Place was OK. We understand the staffing is an issue nowadays but we requested a bucket of ice and a wine opener and it was two hours of wait until I realized I had to go get it myself. The 5th floor is nice but as you can see from the images there's a room that has severe water damage and this is dangerous for mold, the hotel should probably close the door in that room so guest don't have to smell it. Some of the furniture fixtures were glued with liquid nails instead of being repaired properly and the dust is not being cleaned in a weekly basis as there was dust in every piece of wooden furniture

Don’t stay here if you actually want to sleep. My husband and I have stayed here many times and love the hotel itself. However, we have had a difficult time sleeping during our past 3 stays due to street racing going on outside. And not just street racing for an hour or so on the weekends. LOUD, modified exhausts ALL NIGHT. We thought they were filming a new Fast & Furious movie outside. You expect some noise staying near a busy intersection, but this is beyond that. Definitely not an upscale place. Arrived after 4 and room wasn't ready. Was told I would be informed by text. I would have expected service recovery from a hotel that fashions itself as upscale. For example, I stayed at a cheaper chain hotel and was offered a free drink while I waited. Also, I wasn't provided an an estimated time when a room would be ready.
Room and hotel were both very dated. Needs a renovation. There are no power outlets near the bed for charging phones. Carpet has stains and burn marks. The shower head came to about mid chest level for me. Had to crank the shower tight to get

We stayed a couple nights over the holidays weekend.
Great room nice view.
We were initially concerned about the wedding reception in the courtyard below us, but the outside noise was done by 9:30 or ten PM so, hats off to the event planner and the wedding party for respecting the other guests.
Liked the room.
Pool looked great, but didn't get a chance to use it.
Liked the decor.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
Actually looking forward to visiting some other properties run by this group.

If I could give this more stars I would! I stayed one night for a quick work trip and loved every minute of it. It's an older building but very clean and maintained very well. What gives it the extra stars is the hospitality: from fresh flowers in the room to extra towels, pillows and even essentials in the bathroom like make up remover towels and Q tips. The bar atmosphere was very nice as well as the drinks offered. Thank you Belia and team for going out of your way to make my stay spectacular.

We were very comfortable staying here. The staff here were friendly,courteous and saw to our every need. This is a beautiful hotel but interior & exterior do need some renovations. Coffee machine in room exploded on 1st use, they brought us a new one. No refrigerator in room, they brought us one on request. Rooms could use ceiling fans to circulate air condtioning. However they brought us a portable one on request. This is a beauty...just needs a face-lift.

Had a really nice stay here with a small group of family. The staff was so professional and accommodating. My uncle was busy working in the midst of our trip and Belia, one of the corporate directors, was so attentive and accommodating, even staying late to print out some documents for him.
The pool was tranquil, clean, and just the right size for both laps and just relaxing.
We all enjoyed ourselves and wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Thanks to Belia and her great staff for making our short stay memorable.
