Great customer service, I called in on thanksgiving while most businesses were close, they happily took me in. Rafael is very knowledgeable about tires, but what sets him aside from others in the business is his care for the people he serves. I've come in for a plug, patch, balance, and rotation and the mechanics here have the speed and attention to detail that is second to none. If you are in the area and have any issues with your tires I recommend this place!

Got my cars rear tire replaced at this shop. I called ahead of time to check the price of a mounting and balancing of one tired and it cost 25$ with everything. Not the best price around the area bout you sure get your money’s value when coming here. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience! Will be coming back for my tire needs.

I am so happy with this place. I have had a few flat tires over the years and Ive always gone to Tires World to get them fixed. The owner is honest and does not try to sell me new tires when they are not needed. The customer service is excellent and they have fast service too. I would recommend to anyone!

What a find! I am so happy with Tires World and the service I received. The pricing was up front the service was fast and friendly.
They only downside I had was when they were finished the gentleman backing my truck out came off a rack a little rough and then he chirped my tires in the street before parking it...nothing big just an observation.
Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this business for anyone looking for a great tire shop.

Excellent service and great advice. Free WiFi as well while you wait! I came in for one tire but the worker pointed out that my other tire was also worn and showed me why. They gave me a great price and the tires were barley used. Definitely coming back for my next tire change. The service was great and they take their time. They are sincere and information and this is hard to find in Hialeah.
