Paul's Tire Pros

Unfortunately I started my day with a flat tire and immediately needed to find a solution. After calling several tire shops, Paul's Tire Pros stood out strongly in terms of pricing. I was looking to purchase a continental tire and many of the other shops were ranging between $250 - $320 including installation. Since Paul's Tire Pros focuses on wholesale, they were able to compete and offer me the tire for $160 plus $30 installation. They are affordable, transparent and did the job pretty quick!

I do wish the waiting area and entrance was more welcoming - inside needs a bit more work

The worst customer service you can get in Miami, they are extremely rude with no manners either education. I waited for hours to get a service that never was delivered on top of that I asked for refund, never got it. Definitely, I will notify the BBB this business.

Probably the worst tire experience I've ever had in my 30 plus years owning a car. Service attendant was uninterested when I arrived and seemed bothered when I raised the issue of the valve check replacement. To top things off, the mechanics, for lack of a better word, didn't remove and clean the tires lead weights on the tires which another shop did under a minute per tire. The vibrations were so bad that I had to get it inspected because I was worried that something had been damaged. The other shop did the job and for way less money. Go somewhere else, I would have rated it a zero

Best place I've shopped for the last 3+ years. No- nonsense, straight & to the point, good prices, great customer service, quality tires.
Plenty of pricing options for all sorts of wallets.

This place is my stop for tires. Sometimes it might be just a little more expensive than a few other places, but they are so reliable and back up their products and work, that I'd rather just get everything done here. It's a one stop, no nonsense, professional shop.

First off I'd like to come clean and apologize to Ian for my initial bad review. He encompasses what customer service should be. Their super clean shop also has all the latest equipment.

Not only did they beat every price out there for the tire I wanted, but they also aligned and balanced my tires.

Albeit that after I left the shop, my car continued to vibrate and I could not figure out why. Ian had me come back and they Road Force Balanced my tires (a process which is more time consuming and more expensive). We found that one of the tires was defective. Not their fault at all but the manufacturer

I went in a couple of days ago to get 4 brand new tires, a rotation and an alignment and I was charged a very good and affordable price. Everyone was professional and courteous to me and made me feel comfortable. I really had a good experience.

People at work told me about these guys, and I decided to check them out.
Unfortunately I didn’t get the tires I wanted from them at the time because they didn’t have them in stock, but their price for them was very similar to the on-line price which was the lowest (if they would had have them in stock, I would have gotten them from them even for a just a few bucks more as I like to support local businesses)
They gave me a great price for mounting, road force balancing, and alignment. Their equipment is the latest, and staff very friendly. I was in and out relatively fast. I’m glad I came

They did oil change on my Maserati GT at 1/3 of the cost that I was quoted at my dealership.

It was pretty endearing process because they spent first 20 min taking pics with my car. Took almost 2 hrs. And afterwards went to test drive my car to make sure everything was ok (they did not test drive any other car). All in all very friendly people and I will be back!

I'm a returning customer and Went today to install one tire and rotate all 4. When they told me the service was done (I already paid before they took my car to the back to service it ) I decided to check the tires . They forgot to rotate the tires . The gentleman said because of the inconvenience they will rotate my 4 tires for free . When that's done , I'll update this review with 5 stars.

Horrible service. Horrible. They don't care about their customers. They are not clear with their pricing.

Simply the best in the business!! Last time I was shopping for tires for my old Mercedes, the owner gave me his number. After buying a new Benz and needing tires for some aftermarket rims, I texted him. It was probably over a year and he responded immediately. He helped me with no issue even when it was almost closing time for him.

Price...He gave me the best price I could find ANYWHERE!! Online, locally...Hands down, the cheapest.

Honesty... After reviewing my rear wheels, he advised I didn't have to spend money yet on the rear tires I already had on the aftermarket rims I purchased

Honestly I can't complain. When I called they answered the phone and answered my questions. When I arrived they gave me prices and the choice was mine to go high end or a cheaper tire. I was a little confused that the business is split in two but really wasn't an Inconvenience to me that the tires and the service are charged separately.

When I drove around to get the tires installed I was impressed to find that they have a huge warehouses house with more than 12 lifts. Now I understood why they said the work would be done in an hour.

Place has such terrible service. Bought 4 expensive low profile nitto tires and when the tires finally came out it was some low end Chinese brand. The gentleman tried to convince me that those were the tires I purchased when they clearly weren't. After arguing back and forth for 20 minutes they finally admitted I was right. After this nonsense one of the workers proceeded to put my car on the lift and damaged my car on the lift. The side skirts were coming off and the guy was too busy talking to a coworker to notice. Great prices and fast service on your car. Brand name prices are really well priced. The waiting area has a big window that allows you to see them working on your car. Overall it's a pleasant environment and I would recommend people to go here.

Their price for a used tire is ridiculous and they charge $10 to install it, they're such thieves. Why my mother liked this place, I have no idea but I gave them a chance and I'm not returning. They don't care for customers. They took over 20 minutes to take the money but over 40 minutes to install the tire.

There were 2 guys at the front, didn't even ask what we need so my mother asked a random guy walking by for help which he ignored her. The phone is ringing constantly but they ignored it which was annoying cause for those 20 long minutes they received about 5 calls and
