Incredibly unprofessional. They sent out 3 different people Lee, Tom and Jim at different times to attempt to get an estimate to move my heating unit(no AC), easy access, no removal of old unit, gas line in place, all vents already in place as well as cold air return. I had to call repeatedly to try and get a response. Each time they would either not call back or say that they needed to send someone else out. After 2 months of attempting communication, I finally received a bid that was excessive. When I asked to have a breakdown of this bid, I again got calls from each person Jim, Tom and Lee.

Would definitely recommend. My AC stopped working randomly on Monday so I called Reliance, and they scheduled me for the following day between 9 and noon. The repair tech showed up around 10 and figured out the issue within in minutes. He said they would order the part and hopefully have it in by the end of the week. Today, Friday he called and said the part came in and he could be here in 30 minutes. He was here on time and done within 40 minutes. Quickest repair service I've ever experienced. They deserve all 5 stars 👍🏼

Reliance installed our AC years ago, and it's worked fine ever since. They had a better price than a major competitor, and simply had a better plan of attack for the job.
But enter yesterday. I know all the stars aligned just right on this one, but came home to the air conditioner not blowing cold air, and it was 110 degrees. I called them, and… got an answering machine, obviously, at around 5:00, on a Saturday. The greeting said leave a message, and you will be connected to their paging system. So I figured maybe I'll get a call Sunday, but most likely Monday, but it was what it was.

They are awesome to work with!! Their competitor quoted us 10K to replace our AC. They said we needed new cold air return, ducting, and that our furnace needed replacing as well. Reliance came out, assessed the units and replaced our AC for 1/3 of their competitor'a quoted price, and none of the other quoted things needed to be done. We were very impressed!! I would definitely work with them again, and refer family and friends as well.
