Gary O'Reilly first got into business by helping his dad run the family's dry cleaning stores. Gary's many years in the family business groomed him as a salesperson and taught him the value of building relationships. In 1972, Gary started in the furniture business in northern Illinois; and, over the years, Gary's wife, daughter, son, and even his nephews and friends' kids worked alongside him.
Gary's focus on family and community made his small business one that generations of families turned to for home furnishings. In the early 2000s, Gary's family business grew to be the second largest independent furniture retailer in Illinois. After watching the American furniture industry move production to China and return with inferior products, Gary began working with a handful of Amish craftsman in Ohio.

Top notch customer service, excellent products.
We ordered a coffee table with drawers, and minutes after it arrived and I had signed the "It's in good condition" paper, one of the drawer mounts came loose and the drawer went crooked and wouldn't close properly. I called and the guys that delivered it came right back out to look. Rather than make a jury rigged repair, they offered to have a replacement built for me and swapped them once it came in. They could have pulled the "but you signed the paper" on me but didn't. They addressed it promptly and without any kind of hassle at all.
