I have worked with the Franklin store for almost 4 years off and on with several home projects and have loved every experience and outcome! Jessica and her team listen to my needs, present beautiful ideas, and provide updates when waiting for the pieces to be made. Each delivery team that has been in our home has been polite and helpful. We recommend OP to everyone we know that wants custom furniture or curtains.

I ordered custom drapery panels and this is what was delivered, one panel was shorter than the other and “Jess” tried to tell me it was the hardware which their company also provided. When I stated I was not happy with this she told me I was difficult to deal with. Also the installers refused to wear shoe coverings. The company has refused to make this correct and I have reached out to the home office also. This was the second time they brought out panels. The first panels pooled on the floor and were uneven. Jess “the store manager” refused to come measure or look at them but sent me an

This is a cool furniture store then we had to take pictures in front of and really be a part of the environment I thought it was old school cool nice town Square type of place. So we definitely walked in looked at the furniture and had some really good things involved so I'm glad we got the opportunity to see this place

I love this store for their unique furniture and interesting accessories. When my sisters come to visit me, this is always a must-see on their list of things they want to do while in Knoxville. Every single salesperson is knowledgeable and helpful. Kim Jackson is currently helping us revamp several rooms in our home after an extensive renovation.

Just shop at wayfair because carry the same brands. If you are having to order from pictures anyway, you might as well go online. You can actually track your shipment and you don’t have to wait for someone to call the warehouse and check for you. Also, in my experience, wayfair got the piece to me quicker and it wasn’t damaged. Wayfair also has a return policy, I was told typically they don’t allow returns at all at O.P. Jenkins. They also told me they don’t tell customers who the manufacturers are to try to compete with other stores and online companies.

Came to Knoxville for the weekend to set up my corporate apartment. I had ordered furniture well in advance from Rooms To Go, with a confirmed delivery date for the day I was going to be in town. At the end of the delivery window, I got a call that the RTG truck had broken down and my furniture wouldn't be delivered until Sunday, which would leave me four days without a bed and no time left to work. After the call, I called OP Jenkins and asked if they could deliver TOMORROW if I found something that would work in my apartment - they said YES! I got there thirty minutes before they closed

I have purchased furniture from OP twice now and had a wonderful experience both times. They have many quality brands in various styles. There is something for every home. I have purchased a small couch for my office and now a custom sectional. My favorite designer to work with is Stephanie, she is FANTASTIC at what she does and very easy to work with. I have also worked with Donovan and he was great as well. There is no weird pressure and no one following you around- You are free to look as you please. Don't see what you like? Work with a designer on a custom piece! Don't write off this

This place is a MUST SEE if shopping for furniture! I highly recommend this store not only for its selection but also the staff. I worked with Donovan Swick who is super creative, talented and got my point of view stylistically. I will definitely continue to use him as a designer and this store for any projects in the future.
