Dr. Yakel offers personalized functional medicine consultations. The initial appointment is 60 minutes. This is a period of exploration in which we will create your personal health profile complete with a thorough review of your history, prior labs, and lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise, environmental factors, and supplementation.
Our care in general is considered above the standard of care and therefore elective as far as the insurance industry is concerned. We do everything we can to make sure Functional Medicine is affordable, and available to everyone! All of our patients are working class, normal people who want to get healthy.

Dr. Zac is amazing! This nervous system care is unlike anything I’ve ever tried. I feel noticeably better after every session. Very effective treatment using no cracking or popping. Dr Yakel utilizes the concept of Flow for chiropractic adjustment. It is very gentle and at first seems unlike any other chiropractor you have been treated by. I was skeptical. It works. Truly. Three of our family are treated here and it works great for all of us. Dr Yakel does many seminars, overviews and clinics to educate about the nervous system and overall health. He is also now adding functional medicine consultation to the practice. Easy to get in and out (first floor, no stairs) and lots of free parking.
