Our average replacement for rentals is only 10 - 20 % of the floors, saving money over time. We have hired Modular Flooring TWICE and will continue forever. They are the best. We got the Mohawk hypoallergenic carpet in the upstairs bedrooms and stairs and recently got the basement done with carpet tiles. We got extra tiles incase we need to replace some. You don't need to replace the whole thing just the damaged tiles.
