Went Goedecke to get a Hunter-Douglas blind fixed. Planned to drop it off and when I got to the store, the owner assisted me and offered to see if it could be fixed while I waited. Said it might take 10 minutes. She comes back out with the fixed blind and said that since it broke again they upgraded the hardware. Service like this is normal for them but I still am impressed by it.

Steve, Chris and Herb did a fabulous job with my bathroom, these are the kind of professionals and experts that you can really rely on.
