Our builder contracted this company to complete the grading & landscaping. They did a horrible job. Instead of removing larger rocks they compacted them into the "poor" soil. When we hired aerating this week it took much longer because he had to be watchful for all the rocks. They did not lay enough straw to prevent seed washout & now we are left with bare areas. The weeds completely took over because our builder said to wait & see in September. We hired to reseed, fertilize & treat for weeds which will require a second application before winter. We were vigilant in watering right at the start
