Be aware of this company. They had me sign a 1-year contract that included a 90 day trial period that states you can cancel at any time. My business, just like so many others, had to shut down due to the corona virus mandate. I sent an email to Analytics stating I needed to stop their service as there was no one in the office. This email was sent within the 90 days, but they never replied. Instead they just kept sending their invoices each month and provided our company with no services. I reiterated that I did not want their service. I spoke to one of the principles at the company directly & explained

We are a small business without a traditional IT department. Analytics fills that gap for us. We have been with working Calvin and his crew for over 12 years now and continue to be impressed with the quality of their service! In recent years Analytics has developed a call-in Help Desk that allows for immediate resolution of issues as they arise. Greg comes to our office to provide periodically to deal with larger problems and do hands-on updates and “cleaning” of our computers. Can’t say enough about this company!
