I've been working directly with them for a few months now and can already see that they take what they do very serious. They are fast to respond to support needs, and are also proactive in making sure that the systems are not only up and running, but also make sure that everything is patched up with the latest security updates. They also take the extra step to identify potential problems (scalability, uptime, etc.) and offer up various solutions to ensure everything runs smooth.
