Overpriced for the portion sizes. The boneless wings are more like chicken strips than wings (and only 3 came in a serving). Also ordered 10 hot bbq wings (bone-in) which were underwhelming, an order of chili cheese fries which were lacking in flavor, and some scones. The scones were good.

The guy at the desk was rude as. The wings were good quality. But had zero flavor, straight chicken. I ordered lemon pepper and teriyaki. Fries were soggy. 5/10. Lower than that for customer service.

Burned food. Beer-battered wings shouldn't be on the menu because they are THAT bad. Neither me nor my husband could eat much because it was actually hard to stomach. Not coming back ever again. Fries were good but that's it.

Food was good, hot parmesan very tasty. The floor was tacky like a movie theater and I am not a fan of being prompted to tip when picking up for takeout.

This restaurant for what it offers is very unfriendly the old man that runs the place doesn't even say hi or thank you or make you feel like you're welcomes I would never go into this restaurant to order any food ever again based on that type of action but I got you're supposed to be fast friendly thankful and grateful that someone comes to eat at your place because there are many other restaurants to pick from do you want to stay in business friendliness is always best policy

The guy working the register is the absolute worst person to have interactions with customers! Who knows he might be the owner (older guy) but the guy is the biggest dingdong I've ever met! The guy from the very beginning had the worst attitude like he didn't wanna serve anyone. The guy was obviously in a bad mood and was having a bad day or something. I got frustrated he couldn't explain the menu and how it worked when ordering wings from somebody who's never been there before. This was our first time going there and I would never recommend it to anyone!

My husband loves wings, so we wanted to try this place when we saw it. The restaurant was very clean and it was nice to see employees cleaning up tables as soon as customers left. Even the bathrooms were clean! The employees were very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our food. We tried two lunch specials that included 8 wings, a drink, and fries or tots. We got Barbecue wings and mild wings. They were both so good! My kids loved the barbecue wings. The mild wings were really good, but they were a little bit spicy for me. Let me just start off by saying that their 7up was some of the best I’ve ever tasted (like seriously, this stuff gives even McDonald’s sprite a run for it’s money) But, as far as their actual wings go I was a tad bit disappointed. Disclaimer: I got the pineapple bbq, which might have been the problem seeing as all their hype comes mostly from the buffalo style wings, but the wings I got were almost flavorless, not to mention each one was super tiny and had hardly a bite of good meat on them. I eat here for lunch a couple times per month. I always get the lunch special. It's a no-frills place. Nothing fancy. Just good wings and tots.

This place has the best wings within a 350 mile radius and it's not even close. The service has improved dramatically over the last year. If you've not been here in a while go back. Wings come out perfect every time now. Fries are the best around.

Came here hoping it would be a good place and had got to be quite the disappointment. The food had hardly any flavor especially for saying it was super expensive for the little bit of food I did get. The customer service was not great either they acted like they didn’t even want to talk to anyone or help at all and they acted annoyed that we even came in even though we were the only ones there giving them business. Not that great of a place I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Maybe try another wing shop if you are in the mood for wings. Only plus side the ranch was good.

Exactly what you want in Buffalo wings. Great flavor, real-deal Buffalo style and not the scrawny kind. Crew member was able to combine our orders and save us some cost. Soaking tater tots in the excess Buffalo sauce was a bonus.

One of my favorite wing places is Rocky Mountain Wingshak in American Fork. They have great size wings and they don't over sauce their wings. I'm not usually a fan of buffalo wings but this place does it really well and with so many different kind of flavors mixed with buffalo sauce. I got the buffalo parmesan wings and pineapple bbq wings. Also, a side of chili cheese fries. These wings are perfectly fried and seasoned. I will definitely be back for all their flavors. Remember to support your local businesses.

Wings were ok, service was terrible. I asked for blue cheese on the phone and they gave me ranch. Whatever, accidents happen, but when I go in to correct the order the guy behind the counter proceeds to make me get the ranch from my car to prove to him that it was indeed ranch(because apparently I can't tell the difference), and when I get it from my car and show him he proceeds to argue with me about whether or not I asked for ranch on the phone. And when he finally does get the "blue cheese", it's identical to the ranch anyway in both taste and texture. Not sure if the dude

Best wings in the state, in my opinion. Definitely better quality than BWW. I see people complain about the service, are you there to get wings or are you there to smoke blown up your a--? The service is friendly and the quality of the wings and the sauces are excellent. I recommend the XX Hot and the Lemon Pepper. I will definitely be back.

If you're looking for buffalo wings done perfectly, this is the place. Best buffalo wings in Utah and probably the Western US. If you're looking for different flavors and variations, they have some of that too, but anything other than buffalo style doesn't count. If I could, I would rate it 4.9 stars because the blue cheese is a little weak, but I'll round up because it's the American thing to do.

This place is trash, the wings are trash, and the owner is a goon. The restaurant was filthy, the service was terrible. There is not one good thing about this place. Stay away.

They told me to take off my mask and no employees were wearing them. I should have walked out but I had already paid. I won't be going back despite their great tots.

Covid edition: I miss coming here and eating while watching all the live sports with buddies, but you can still call in your order and get incredible food. 801-756-2667. Just came the other day for pickup and the wings, tots and drink for the lunch special is still awesome! On Mondays and Tuesdays, the lunch specials go all day.

Just incredible. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so as long as they keep making the wings the way they do. The lunch special is such a good deal and there are really great sauces to choose from. Tasty, crispy, yet soft enough to fall off the bone. Great to be back, best wings still.

I love Rocky Mountain Wingshak. My favorite wings in all of Utah. That have a great lunch deal that's include 8 wings, fries or tots and a drink for $10. The wings are fairly large and are perfectly crispy yet soft. In my opinion the best flavor of wings is the hot parmesan. They give you two sauces with the lunch. I get the fry sauce and the blue cheese. All of there sauces are made in house and are great.

This is a failing concern. First, there the wonky menu. Second, there is literally no one here during a dinner shift. Third, the have a rule that for every 10 wings you can choose a different sauce for your wing, but an order of 15 wings only qualifies for one sauce. Fourth, so I ordered garlic cheese tots and received garlic cheese fries.

This is not s sports bar. It's supposed to be just about wings, but it seems like they don't do anything special to set their wings apart.
