Owned and operated by Tracy Labastida, Field to Table gets its name from Tracy's life journey from a farmer turned chef. Though the company was started in August of 2013, our roots are deep in both agriculture as well as the kitchen. Our close ties with local farmers are vital to sourcing the fresh produce that we are so fortunate to have access to on the Central Coast.

Tracy started working in produce fields in the Santa Ynez Valley at a young age, and later his interests shifted from growing the produce, to cooking it. It's been his vision ever since to create a company that sources local ingredients to craft amazing, mouth watering menus and that provides excellent service on the days that matter most to people.

Today we had a holiday meal at my work which was catered by Field to Table, I was blown away! It was literally the best rib roast I have ever had, I wish they had a restaurant so I could go back for more 😅 All of the other food that they served at the meal was also amazing, can you please open a restaurant??? Thank you for an incredible meal ❤️

We went to Hearst Winery in San Simeon and got some lunch there it was just beautiful! The food was soon tasty and looked gorgeous!

Field to Table is spectacular! This is THE caterer to work with if you are having an event or getting married on the Central Coast. Like many other couples, we were a Covid couple that had to change their date 3 times, and Field to Table stuck with us through it all! Alex and his team are next level with their execution, professionalism and responsiveness. Their local and farm to table style dining is mouth-watering delicious. Our family and friends are still talking about how beautiful and exceptional the appetizers and dinner were. They voted that we had the best wedding meal ever! This coming

Where do I even begin! If you are planning to get married on the Central Coast, run do not walk to book FTT. We cannot thank Tracy, Alex and their team enough for perfectly executing the vision we had for our wedding. All of the food was to die for and presented beautifully. The staff was professional and prompt. We are so thankful to have had Field to Table as part of our team of vendors!

We chose FTT because of their amazing reviews, and it did not disappoint. Alex creates a curated menu for us and worked swiftly with changes. All our guests said the apps were the best (especially short rib sliders, bacon wrapped dates and ahi tuna) they had had! They were very flexible with modifications leading up to a few weeks of the wedding. Is highly recommend working with them to create a delicious food experience for your wedding!
