I did not take this and I want people to know why, first the person sounded rather gruff on the phone, important because if you have a problem this may not be a person you would want to deal with and despite what the other reviewer said, they are NOT the cheapest, the fare is $35 AND the person answering the phone made a big point about adding a tip, Cab by 520 Express had a cheery operator, Jesse (though did not know if he deals with complaints LOL) and they were only $30 and he did not mention anything about a mandatory tip (maybe that is why they have many reviews and this one has only one

Due to a death in the family and needing to get on a flight ASAP, I had to fly out of Phoenix, and return back in to Tucson. And because of an early morning flight, I didn't want to have to deal with trying to get to the shuttle station, deal with the headache of trying to get my car where it needed to be, or try to ask friends to take me as they were already doing home/pet favors.
So, whats a girl to do?
