After a severe hail storm in the area that damaged hundreds of homes, Sweers had a crew on site working within 48 hours of the adjuster's approval - a few days after the storm. Completely stripped off my old roof and installed the new one in a single day. One of the best cleanup jobs I've ever seen. A few days later, another crew was on site to replace all my gutters, helmets, and downspouts. Siding to be repaired as soon as the materials arrive. Fast, friendly, and professional. Very happy with my choice of contractor. Highly recommend.

Subcontracted my job. Cut into my siding and did not install any flashing to protect my home from water damage. Called and e-mailed. Finally able to get ahold of someone. They said that they would take care of it. Over a month ago I have not received one phone call or e-mail. Since they have my money why should they care about the destruction they left in their wake.
