Trained at the hip of some of Michigan's biggest names in residential construction in the 80's & 90's Kyle brings an analytical new school approach to projects along with the tutelage and old school work ethic of his mentors.
Having options including auto industry job offers after completing school, Kyle took his knowledge into the construction field with a goal of operating his own company. Kyle has now held every position in the industry from laborer to business owner and has spent time on all sides of construction as a material supply account manager and project manager as well as an installer for some of the biggest companies in mid Michigan.

I got lots of quotes for my new roof, Kyle from Compass came out and was so friendly, informative, and professional I thought he was going to be too expensive but I paid half the price of my bids from the big companies and their cheesy salesman for my new 50yr roof. My labor guarantee is transferable to a new owner or my kids, which I thought was great. I love my new roof
