Lifetime Optometry

I WAS a returning customer. Lifetime Optometry sent me an automated message letting me know it was time for my next appointment. I called and set one up for a few days later. I was in San Diego that morning on vacation but drove up to Corona specially for this appointment. I received confirmation texts and a phone call/vm confirming the date and time. When I arrived, 15 minutes early, the receptionist referred me to someone "in charge". That person then informs me for the first time that my insurance won't cover this until February 1. Anything I do prior to then will be 100% out

I've been coming here for quite sometime now and the service keeps getting better. I would like to give a shout out to Sorina, her customer service level is superior! Every time I go she's always helpful, friendly, and patient. She explains the coverage very well. She's provides great service. Lifetime also has a great variety of eye glasses vs other places. I'll definitely keep coming here.

These girls get absolutely no stars if possible. Always have an attitude. If you don't like customer service get a new job. How irritating to have wasted so much money, found their items are not authentic and still have to deal with unpleasant employees...I do NOT recommend.

This is the worst place in the name of eyes hospital. This is just an art of making money from the people. The recommendation of glasses and selling their own medicine makes frustrating. The glasses and medicines which you can get $ 20 outside they charge 85 to 120 here.

I met Dr Lisa yesterday and had a full vision exam. She was so kind and very helpful and The staff were wonderful and friendly. I felt so comfortable with this visit. Clean and spacious place. Highly recommended to adults or family.

We were in from out of state and needed to see an eye doctor. I am so glad we went to see Dr. Kang! She is so sweet, kind and caring. Dr. Kang listened to our concerns and addressed them. She did her best to make sure that we were had a great experience. I highly recommend her! She is such a great eye doctor!

Ive been going here for almost all my life and they always have great customer service. Dr. Kim, Dr. Kang and their staff are always so friendly and helpful. They also have a wide selection of designer frames. This is one place I will always recommend. Dr. Kim has been so helpful & patient with me and has helped me regain the vision I thought I lost. My brother and I have been going to lifetime optometry seeing Dr. Kim and Dr. Lisa for about 20yrs now, I would not attend any other optometrist. I love their energy everytime I see them they bring a smile to my face. They do such a marvelous job giving us the best services. The staff are always very helpful in my experience. My 9 yr old son is being seen there as well, he has been so excited that he can see better with his new glasses, and my daughter who is 7 will be following along sometime this year. I've been going to Dr. Kim's for over 25 years and have had nothing but great experiences! Dr Kim. and Dr. Lisa are always so professional and have an inviting environment. I now take my daughters and they also enjoy getting their eyes checked. At first they were nervous but Dr. Kim made the experience very and entertaining for them. I started of as Dr Kim's patient about 15 years ago, he was and still is absolutely very professional, kind, patient and simply the best; Dr. Lisa Kang is my current care provider, she is very warm, pleasant, detail oriented and patient, absolutely love her and the service she provides. However, the staff are abhorrent, very rude, impatient, argumentative and very unprofessional, trying to make an appointment with any one of the girls is a nightmare and the actual visit is equally met with impatient, impolite and nonchalant associates who would rather be somewhere else.

Full of happy tears right now!!! My oldest son has been a patient of Dr. Paul Kim for 8 years and we are in celebration mode. Why? Well, when my oldest was 4 I took him in for his first appointment. I was informed that his eyes were in very bad condition and only seeing at 40%. Dr. Kim educated me on the importance of my son wearing his glasses everyday and as much as possible. As a mom I took this very seriously. The moment my son put on his glasses and we stepped out of Dr. Paul Kim's office he yelled with joy that he could see. I have been coming here since 1999. I got my first glasses here when I was 8, and my first contacts when I was 15. I am now 29 and I trust no one else. I drive 30 minutes into town for my appointments and it is worth every minute. Dr Kim is knowledgeable and very caring about his patients. He is great with children too! I have never had a negative experience here.

We been with Dr.Kim For About 10 yrs Now. He is an amazing optometrist, very caring and gentle with his patients. Makes sure we are informed of what's going on with our children. I have recommended him to friends and family. Now my kids are teens and he speaks directly to them and makes sure they understand treatment. Staff are very helpful too. Wonderful office overall it's always a good experience.

Horrible glasses!! Was broken and return and replace new one few month later broken again I paid for it and waste my money!! Will never go back again awful service

Very disappointed with this place! I have taken all four of my kids consistently here for over 10 years but the last time that my daughter got glasses there after 2 months one of the arms became stripped. When I took them back they were going to replace them for free but realize they didn't carry that one anymore so told me there was nothing they would do for me. They promote at Elementary schools but had no concern for my 19 year old now bring with out glasses. Dr. Kim continues to bring flyers into my job to promote their business and I continue to take them down. Very disappointed and now

My family and I recently had all of our eye exams done by Dr. Kim. The staff was nice and helpful. The facilities were clean. There were activities to keep the kids busy while my husband and I were getting an exam and a baby cam monitor in the exam room so I could still keep an eye on my kids. The doctor was honest and didn't try to sell us glasses we didn't need. When it came time to choose glasses for my 8 year old, there were so many choices they let us take our time to make sure we had the right pair.

Quick & easy appointment! In and out basically wait time was less than 20 minutes. They do offers specials and discounts on glasses! Dr lisa was super nice and friendly and so is the staff!

To everyone new & regular customers, I have been coming to this optometry since I was in Kindergarten, I have never been mistreated by their staff or Dr. Kim, there are some negative reviews of this place, but I have lived in LA county and Lifetime optometry has always been my #1 choice.

A couple weeks ago my glasses broke, and I work as a CNA, my job requires me to chart on the iPad and my eyes were hurting, I went in a few days after my purchase with the glasses and exam and Mr. Kim went out of his way to get me my pair

I have gotten glasses here twice. They do a good job here. No complaints. I needed my computer glasses redone after trying new ones and they took care of that very well. I like that the doctor suggested I try the new ones since the prescription was very similar. I wouldn't have known to try that

If I could give more stars I would. I've been wearing glasses for 30 years! Dr Paul Kim is the first place I've been to that provided me a complete experience. The opticians are knowledgable and organized! The clinic is perfectly run and managed. I was there on a Saturday morning the busiest day of the week for this place. And not only were they fast, but thorough. They really focus on customer/patient care constantly offering things to make your experience better. I came in for a first time appointment on Monday. The whole staff and the doctor were really nice and knowledgeable. I already had glasses but was interested in contacts. I've attempted contacts before but they never worked out for me.

The Dr. Lisa Kang performed my eye exam and was very patient with me. She asked me about my concerns with contacts. I told her I have dry eyes due to my sleep schedule. She was able to recommend some contacts that really worked for me.

I'd definitely come back here every year for my annual eye exams and recommend it

This place is amazing! I have been to this office for my eyes for over ten years now and I have never been disappointed. Dr. Paul Kim is very good at keeping you very comfortable during your appointment, and keeps you well informed of what's going on, whether you're getting an eye exam, or whatever eye issues you are dealing with. His employees are very kind as well, always with a smile on their faces.

INSIDE: The office is designed to be very kid-friendly, with a video game area, games, and a place where children (and adults) can watch movies while they wait for their appointment.

I have been to this office two different times for eye exams. The most recent being October 2017. The staff are all very friendly and Dr. Kim is so informative and kind! Even after my first exam 2+ years before, he remembered me and we carried on some conversation through the exam which made it go by much faster. One of the staff members, Claire, was very helpful when it came time to pick out my frames! I will continue to come to this office for my eye exams.

I bought my 5 y.o. daughter in for an eye exam whom is very shy and doesn't speak much to professionals however the girls here were all so friendly she did well with them. Dr.Lisa was amazing...she was able to get my daughter to speak to her and was able to preform a very through exam of which she explain very well to me and was also ready to answer all questions. The whole staff is extremely helpful. The selection of eyewear for the young ones was impressive and extremely affordable. I will recommend this office to all my friends with young ones with out hesitating!
