I got acrylics and the acrylic is laid superrrr uneven and the shape of the nails is crooked on some fingers. the design was done super inconsistent and polish was patchy. when i asked her to fix just the polish and design she got super mad at me and threatened to cut them off when all i did was request that she fixes my nails before we continued onto payment. i am not sure of her name but she is a very tiny woman. i have had my nails done once before by her and same thing. super uneven cut of the nails and acrylic. don’t get ur nails done by her. there is also no apex on the mail which is necessary

This place was honestly so terrible, all of nails were a different shape and the dip powder was done in the form of an acrylic! It took this other salon an hour to get the old dip off! Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, we went to Think Pink and it was 10x better!

Poor business ethics at this salon. Wouldn't honor a gift certificate that was purchased in December of 2020, right before Christmas. The certificates do say they are valid for 6 months, but despite the global pandemic and the new concerns over the Delta Variant, they wouldn't budge on their 6 month deadline and our $115 certificate is useless. Sad that they wouldn't CHOOSE to work with their clients rather than play hardball and run with the money they already got. I was not pleased with customer service or professionalism at all. There was a Caucasian girl who picked the gel polish off with her fingers. One of the Asian staff took over and drilled my toes to hell. Usually when you have gel they have gel remover. I was not pleased at all. On top of that I was not spoke to or even asked to pick a color. Unprofessional at its finest.

I called before going in to make sure they took walk-ins (they do). As soon as I walked in I fell in love with the atmosphere of the salon. They offer many different services. I needed a full set & I was able to sit down immediately after signing in. Annie took great care of me and was very professional. I got pink and white & I'm in love.

What a great experience!! Super clean, tasteful plexiglass partitions between you and your nail tech. I felt comfortable with the distance between myself and the other clients.
So glad my husband and I can feel safe and enjoy our little splurges. We both really enjoyed the pedicures. My nails look so beautiful.

I got a dip manicure for an upcoming wedding. Instead of showing off my nails I'll have to hide them in any pictures. My cuticles were just dremmeled and look rough, there's paint around and underneath my nail, the paint it's self is uneven on most nails and there's way too much on others giving it a bubble nail look. This was absolutely not worth $35.
