Waited 45 minutes to get a mani, pedi, and eyebrows waxed. A customer came in 30 minutes late for appointment. They took the late customer in immediately and told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes. I walked out. The late customer should of went to the back of the line once appointment was missed.

I made an appointment twice there where they completely screwed up leading me to leave this review. First time, I spoke with the lady I wanted to do my nails on the phone and made my appointment. Came in, she was not there to do the design I needed. Second time, I request someone with knowledge on ombré. Said no problem come in at 12. I did, the lady had no idea how to do it and screwed up two of my nails then told me "I already worked on your nails for an hour I can't help any longer"..... I said I don't care how long you did my nails, I have an appointment and someone needs

I went in here recently for a gift certificate for my daughter. She has been getting her nails done here for a few months and they always look amazing - the designs are next level!
The employee that helped us was friendly and explained that there were many services to choose from so it's best to give a specific dollar amount in a gift versus a service like a mani/pedi.
She created the gift certificates and provided envelopes as well.
The inside of the salon was sparkling clean!

Came in for a fill. Second time coming here and still not happy asked if I wanted a design. I said no. Proceeded to cut down my nails with out question. Did a SLOPPY fill job. Been getting my nails done for a long time and doesn’t even look like they’ve been filled. Never coming back. Called after the fact. Was asking for a refund because I’m honestly not happy. Me and my friend went in to get nails done both got wrong colors didn’t want these colors. We wanted a length they told us what the cost was we said okay and they were not even not the length we wanted. and crooked and uneven. Paint job not good and over charged what they said it would be. talked about my friend badly when getting nails done.

I have been to this salon 2 times and I will not be going back. The first time I came in, I had an appointment and still had to wait for more than an hour to be seen. The nails looked okay, but a little sloppy. I went back yesterday for a fill without an appointment. I waited for more than an hour again, and I understand that is how it is when you don’t have an appointment. The nails look good. I got an acrylic fill and regular polish, which I brought my own, and they charged me $35. Online, they list a fill as $21+. They charged me separately for the cut down and the polish removal. I LOVE this place. As someone who gets their nails done frequently, it’s nice to actually enjoy your nail experience and not just have to get through it. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is so nice and friendly. The quality of the products they use are so much higher than others I have been to. They are great with time management so they aren’t rushing to get to the next person and I never have to wait more than a few minutes if I even have to. I chose this salon because of all the pictures with amazing designs and clean lines. I walked in and asked for a gel manicure with a design (photo below) the lady I spoke with said they could do it no problem. That was not the case. Ended up having them take the design off and they then blamed me saying that my nails were too small, even though they said they would be able to do it in the beginning. Ended up walking out with a plain solid color on my nails, the exact opposite of what I wanted. If you want your nails to be designed like the picture below I do not recommend.

I got the Medical Pedicure by Tina! AMAZING!!!!! Highly Recommended for anyone with tired, aching feet and lower legs. Rose did my acrylic naiIs and shaped them just like I like them. This was the first time I got my nails done without any pain in YEARS! I was so relaxed and refreshed that I was ready to take the Grands to the park. I'm ready for the world!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming with every single customer. Walked in for a pedicure, was seated right away & given nail colors to choose from. My nail tech did a great job on my feet, removed ingrowns, took the time to massage and alleviate some foot pain that I didn't even mention! Will be back again :)

The worst pedicure and full set I have ever gotten.
She painted my toe nails first (who does that?) and then only spent about 5 minutes doing everything else when I purchased the salt rub. What's worse is when I went to stand up I almost fell because my feet were still wet from the tub. Why were my feet still wet!
To top it off, once I got home, the gel polish on my toes popped off on my smaller toes.
The full set was awful. The nails were barely even (I even tried comparing them in shop and she grabbed my hands to "do it herself"), they were so thick she had barely filed

I've been trying to find a new nail place after my tech at my usual place disappeared. I tried one another place and wasn't impressed and found this one had good Google reviews, but I should've checked Yelp! Firstly, I called and told them I typically get a clear dip with gel polish over the top. The guy on the phone told me he understood and they offered that. I will say, the guy I talked to did fit me in after close to do my nails, but it seemed like they had several people in after close too. I was actually really happy with them and the shape when I left but then a smudge appeared

I referred my niece to go here she went on the 20th and she had an experience she had her feet and nails done how embarrassing to a referral and there's a show about fixing a customers nail not good with another customer which it seems to be a form of discrimination I will never give a referral too this place again or go there

This is the first time i have been here. Its nice and quiet unless others places ive been too. 4 of used walked in. And they got all of use seated quickly for our pedis.
They had my water a little too hot but fixed that pretty quick. . It didnt take them too long at all to do each of us. Nice hot towels. They even offer hot stone massage.
My cousin had a snowflake added on.
Ill be back.

I'm sitting in the massage chair fuming about my eye brow wax. Did I ask for dashes instead of one brow? There is a center section that was taken out of my brow. It looks HORRIBLE. What can I do? NEVER go back. I wanted to write this while I was so mad.
This place is close to home but I will drive past it to go someplace else. It's 5:30p an no one is here. That should have been a tip off.
I'm so disappointed. I've saved to do this and it's such a bad experience.

If you could give zero stars I would. I used to be a regular customer when it was KC Nails and Kim owned it. I have been a few times since it was sold. Decided a month ago to try it again as it's close to home, and after that decided it was the last time I would get my nails done at this salon. The nail tech was extremely rough, made my fingers hurt. She started to use rusty tools, until I said something, she was mad that I requested different tools. Makes me nervous since I am pregnant, and also a nurse that they would use rusty tools on any of their customers! The salon is falling apart
