I am a ACE Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Fitness Specialist located in Columbia, Tn. Eric Rodgers would like to be your guide to a practical, simple and maintainable approach to a healthy lifestyle.

Customized personal training is a great tool to reach your health and fitness goals. Coaching increases accountability, motivation, adherence to the program, self confidence, and strength. Personalized coaching also provides nutritional guidance and recommendations. My mission is to help you build a lifelong healthy lifestyle through the power of exercise and nutrition.

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Writer. I would like to be your guide to a practical, simple and maintainable approach to a healthy lifestyle. My fitness journey started when I was 12 years old. I recall my older brothers working out and playing sports which made me interested to follow in their foot steps.

I worked with Eric for several months and loved the workouts! I was more of a virtual client and Eric sent daily workouts as well as a nutrition plan. The workouts were tough and really pushed me. Eric always checked in with me and have tons of encouragement and motivation. He was always just a text away!

I decided at the beginning of the 2018 I needed to get into better shape. I asked around for recommendations and everyone said "you need Eric Rodgers!" Since February my life has completely changed. I am in the best shape of my life and I continue to see changes every week. I plan on continuing to train with Eric for he knows the absolute best when it comes to exercise and nutrition.

By training with Eric, I achieved more than trophies and crowns- even placing 1st runner up in the National Miss Motor Speedway Pageant and taking overall choice for fitness and swimsuit.
