The gym has a good variety of equipment. The owner and those who work there are very friendly and have helped me become educated on how to use the equipment. I really like the space for classes and the back room with free weights and bar bells. Definitely first responder friendly. Love it!

We are from Ohio and had the opportunity to visit and workout at Functional fitness. This by far is one of the best gyms and workouts we've had. Dave the owner has provided all the High end equipment anyone needs to get in shape. If we lived in area would definitely join. Thank you for your expertise instructions for a great workout. I have attended Functional Fitness now for about 3 1/2 years and love it!! It is a daily routine for me!! The staff is so friendly and helpful..truly there to help everyone!!
