BlueBall Veterinary Clinic is a locally owned practice in Middletown, Ohio. We have been serving Middletown and the surrounding area since 1986. Our goal is to provide the best professional service possible to our patients and clients. We believe in professional, yet compassionate "bed-side manners".
Many of our clients call us their friend as well as their pet's doctor! Dr. Cook graduated from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008 and enjoys practicing veterinary medicine. She joined BlueBall Veterinary Clinic in 2009. She also enjoys being able to see pets thrive in their families.

Services
Just like their owners, it is important that your pet gets physical exam at least once a year! After going through the physical exam, we will discuss about options for vaccines and heartworm/flea/tick preventions based on your pets' lifestyles. Our clinic offers variety of in-house tests including, but not limited to, fecal exam, urinalysis, heartworm test and feline leukemia/FIV test.

They claimed I was 15 minutes late, my clock said otherwise and I even showed. I gave that there was very long construction on S Dixie Highway that we did get stuck in and they did not care. My dog has been attending for years, this has never been a problem until recently. Already made an appointment with a new veterinarian for next week. The vets seem to always leave long before they close so the later appointments seem purposely useless.

My dog Tiger has been going here all his life and his vet was great to him. Unfortunately he got old and sick so we needed to get him in quick. My wife called in the morning and was very upset and asked to bring him in just to hear they were too busy and you need to take him somewhere else. She tried to explain that he was very sick but they did not care. She called back and asked to speak to the vet and they said hold on so another person gets on the phone which was not the vet and said may I help you. My wife said she needed to talk to the vet and the lady said she’s not here and you will have

They removed our dogs tail that they recommended, by next day stitches were bleeding everywhere from tail suture site. We called and said sorry vet is leaving for the day take to Med Vet! We could have been there in 15min... Said won't wait! Med Vet costs a small fortune! To fix a problem they did?!? Terrible customer service and lack of concern for the pet's welfare or my wallet... Another vet saw our dog Friday evening and we weren't even there client yet! But we are now!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my sick dog there back in late November of 2020 they told me he just had a UTI and acted like they didn’t do any x rays or any other tests. Sent him home with a steroid and had to pay over $100 dollars. Not even two days later I had to take him to All About Pet Care due to him getting worse and come to find out he had a blockage in his urinary track along with being extremely anemic and had cancer. He was in so much pain due to all of it and the steroids BlueBall veterinary clinic gave him made his bladder build up even more causing him more pain he was

Everyone is very friendly. My dog is very reactive and high energy, but they go the extra mile to make sure his experience is as easy as possible. They don't see him often, but still remember him and his unique personality. Dr. Cook is the best. She always listens to my concerns and reassures me with great advice. Thank you!!

Brought my cat here and it was a mistake. They didn't even notice her broken paw which is why she was there and didn't look at it until after we pointed it out. Said maybe it's just been like that.... I bottle raised her I'm sure it has not. She wouldn't even walk on it. Took her to another vet and said if they had put it back in place or done something that day it could have been fixed but by time I could get her into them it was to late and starting to fuse.

Seemed to take good care of our cat. Made a mistake on my credit card. Undercharged me and then contacted me about it later. We had covid and forgot all about it. They never sent an invoice or reminder. They say they called but we had a phone number change. Instead they referred to collections for 50 dollars. Got letter from collections and sent payment to vet immediately with note to say I wish they had sent an invoice. No anger or animosity here...just think they could have dealt with it differently since it was their mistake to begin with.
