Well the front desk lady was rude disconnected the door to my first weeks room was ok but I complained excuse my door wouldn't lock ...she moved me and moved me in the nastiest dirty blood on walls smelled like b.o and cigarettes the shower has watercoming up through it and it smells I'm nor a biologist or anything but I'm guessing it's waste ...9h and no dot try to run the water to was your hands it's not connected Thank GOD FOR LYSOL AND SANITIZER !YES I WAS PUT HERE BY SHELTER BUT TAT DOESNT MEAN I SHOULD NOT BE TREATED right somebody paid ..very disappointed o stars.....

There were several annoyances that rubbed me the wrong way. To start, the light fixture in the back of the room was falling off the wall and on the second night it just ended up falling off entirely which cut the power to the entire room. When I went up to tell the staff, the lady at the front could hardly be bothered to look up from her computer. She ended up moving us to a different room without so much as an apology as we had to move all of our stuff down the hall. Just rude staff and general lack of care.

Room stunk of cigarettes so badly that when I wiped off the mirror with a paper towel, the nicotine smears appeared. I have a dog, and the price boost from that was enough to make me bat an eye at. Poor service from the staff, rude personnel, and an atmosphere that wreaked of hostility was enough to make anyone turn away from this place.
But it gets better. at around 10:00 PM, a pounding came at my room door. I got up to see who it was, but by the time I got there, there was no one that could be seen. So I waited for about 30 seconds to a minute. Then from around the corner, two men appeared,
