We are providers of Corporate Wellness and Personal Training in Maryland. We start each client on their journey to wellness, providing you with a road map to achieve your goals. Whether you choose to continue on with or without BGF, the education and understanding you get will let you keep going for your own Personal Training.

Every body is different and we meet the needs of individuals where our team prides ourself on taking each to the next level and carving out the potential for greatness in each and every client. We use a 3-dimensional approach to assess functionality to improve movement in the areas of your life that are the most important to YOU.
I am 71 and have had many trainers throughout my life and Brian is the best trainer I have ever had! He keeps me moving the entire session and is always careful to make sure that the exercises are age appropriate but challenging. I am always tired from a full work day before we begin, and then feel the best I have felt all day when we are through.
Programs typically vary from $40 - $250 per employee per year. At BeGoode Fitness we will carefully and efficiently keep your wellness plan in the lower part of this range while still providing a well-rounded program. When you look at the benefits vs. costs from absenteeism alone, employee wellbeing is considered a necessity.
Almost 45% of Americans are obese, not because we don't know which foods are healthy, we don't have daily guidance and discipline to stay with a food plan. Here at BeGoode Fitness we teach preparedness and planning, proper food and macronutrient combinations for you, and food timing. We use a very simple approach to helping you create a food plan with your favorite, healthy, and non-inflammatory foods.
BeGoode Fitness will help each corporate client bring out the best in their team members. Our corporate programs consist of company challenges, group fitness classes that emphasize total body mobility and strength, such as Yoga, Meditation, TRX and circuit training. Wellness isn't just about exercise, therefore we provide individual and group health coaching, nutrition, and lunch & learns on trending fitness topics.

I've been training with Brian for about a month, and I have only good things to say about him. My fitness level is somewhere in the deep negative range, so we've had to start slow, but I already feel like I am seeing some improvement in my stamina and how I'm feeling day-to-day.

I have found Brian to be patient and encouraging, but he also doesn't let me get away with doing anything half-assed during our workouts. I'm still at a point in which I find myself hating him for a little while after our sessions, so I figure that he's doing something right.

I absolutely love working with Brian he helps with the complete wellness program. He is very aware of my physical limits and he helps me push past them safely and he know exactly what my needs are.

The best part of training with Brian is he makes sure you keep up with your program when he is not around. This includes workouts, stretching and nutrition. This got me to lose 28 pounds and improve my strength and endurance. He gets an A+ with the 5 stars. I will have all my friends hire him too!

Excellent trainer! Knows what he's doing, and very punctual even if your appointment is at the crack of dawn. Brian pays attention to the details, and gives you very specific pointers to ensure you are performing each work out with proper form while also challenging you at just the right level. He takes into account any previous injuries you might have, and builds your program around any of those limitations. Very helpful for anyone new to routine working out, as working with Brian you're sure to learn a lot about fitness and what works for your body.

Brian is my personal trainer who has been training me for 3 years now. He is very professional and always know how to help me with my diet and nutrition. He always keep me motivated during my training. Four words to describe him? Brian is so amazingggg!!!

I started training with Brian a few months ago and can't thank him enough. He took my fitness goal into consideration as he developed a routine for me and I'm well on the way to acheiving it. I am in my late 60's and new to working out. I have just recently started training with Brian. He is clearly knowledgeable about his profession, and has started me off in such a way as to challenge me without discouraging me. His workouts are tough, but he is also sensitive to what my body can endure. We meet twice a week, and in between sessions Brian gives me assignments that keep me on track and keep me motivated. In such a short time I feel a difference! Brian has also given me some important nutritional info, which should ultimately enhance the results of my workouts. I looked

I have been working with Brian for several months now. I am out of town a couple of weeks a month for work, so we work out twice a week when I am in town and Brian put together a travel workout for me to do in hotel gyms or even my hotel room when I am on the road. Brian's method involves wearing a heart monitor to ensure that cardio levels can be accurately measured and safely pushed several times during a strength and conditioning workout. He uses sharing technology so we can both access a workout log with my current reps and weight levels, from our phones. I am really pleased with the changes
