I'll help you get the body you've always wanted - without Crossfit, fad diets, a Peleton, or fat burners that make your heart feel like it's going to explode. Ray is a former CPA who helps busy professionals transform their bodies, as well as their overall health & wellbeing by working with them to develop sustainable habits and the proper mindset.

The goal is to build your confidence and self esteem, as well as making you self sufficient in maintaining your fitness and nutrition for the rest of your life. Ray is certified through the Online Trainer Academy, the Gold Standard in Online Training. Online training is a relatively new concept that has gained a lot of traction in recent years.

I was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland. After graduating from Boston College in 1998, I began a long career in the tax/accounting profession. Around this time is when I also discovered my passion for fitness. Growing up as a small, skinny kid, I lacked confidence and self esteem. I made the decision that something needed to change, so I began weight training.
Online training is one of the most popular ways to get fit nowadays because it's convenient and you don't need to visit us or even live on the same continent. As a former CPA and tax professional, I know what it's like to be stuck at a desk in front of a computer, running to pointless meetings, scrambling to get to client sites.

1. Convenience - This is the main reason to work with us. It eliminates travel time to and from the gym, searching for parking, changing in the locker room, etc. Time is a precious commodity. It is a resource that cannot be renewed. Once it is spent, it is spent. In-home training is much more time efficient and allows you to save that time spent going back and forth to the gym, changing, showering, etc. on more important things.
