I am a 1993 graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, with an undergraduate degree in history from the University of South Carolina Honors College. While in law school, I completed a clinical education program with a concentration in criminal law.

I had no idea what to expect having to find an attorney but I definitely lucked out with Mr Meyers. He was open and very fluid in communication, was able to explain the process of what would need to be done to tie up my legal matters. He had a very affordable fee, was very responsive ( even on Easter weekend), was able to quickly take care of a bench warrant & get the case dropped. Would definitely highly recommend. I am out of state & he was able to easily and quickly resolve my issue without me traveling.

Townsend is the way to go if you need any help in New Orleans. One call and he was already on it. He did everything he promised with no issues and was quickly responsive with any questions I had along the whole process. If you’re looking at slightly cheaper options, I would be weary. He’s a great value considering the service he provides. 10/10! If I need any further help in the future I will look no where else! Go with Townsend.

5 stars? Lol, I’m sorry, I’m gonna need MORE for this review. Ok, so before I go anywhere or order anything these days, I take the liberty of reading reviews first. Well, this guy had 5 star reviews for as far as I cared to go down the line and read...”Impossible” I said to myself. So, I had a situation where I needed some legal advice, and maybe needing an attorney to be present, so I say “Okay, let me give this place a call and see how much I’ll have to go in and pay”. Townsend did a wonderful job. Straight shooter that gave realistic expectations prior to hiring. He actually fielded my phone call on his cell late at night while out of town, and was able to get someone to appear for me in court for my initial plea the next morning. He had my case dismissed on first trial date. Definitely would recommend.

Townsend Myers helped begin my year off with a beautiful clean slate. I needed a lawyer to appear for me in court, as I had already left the city to return home and he was able to respond and attend promptly. Communication after court and for the weeks following was easy and to the point. A refund check for my bail money was mailed out and returned in a very timely fashion.
