My 20 yr old unit needed to be replaced a week after I closed on my house. They were able to get the job done on short notice in the middle of summer to install a new central AC unit. They were a very professional family run business and I highly recommend them.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
We had unit installed last year.
After 4 DAYS in the middle of the night we woke up in a sweat, because compressor shut off. We called the next day. The OWNER BRIAN came, only because the unit was just installed. We said we felt the compressor was faulty because the air was NOT cool coming out.
BRIAN said the hose valve was not closed correctly and all the freon leaked out. They tightened the hose, added Freon and he claimed it was fixed.
After that the air was STILL not as cold as we liked, but they told us the problem was fixed we should give it a few hours.

Think twice with doing business with this company. Owner did not keep his promise on returning to fix an issue with my new AC which he installed. Instead, wanted more money. Was hoping that I found a reliable hvac contractor in the island but turned out to be the same as many others. Home owner beware!
