My wife told me his staff is polite and nice and neat in there work. They also took away all garbage to the job.. I will continue to give Dean my business.

This is the third time I have used this company, the owner Dean is courteous, knowledgeable and honest. I had called another company who told us that we had to replace the whole unit, Dean sent one of his mechanics Carlos who was great, identified that a wire had melted behind the compressor and fixed the unit for 1/20th the cost. Thank you Dean and Carlos

Installed a new furnace quickly. We smelled gas before they left. The plumber came back and tightened the pipe. After they left, we smelled gas so I sprayed the pipes with soapy water and found 2 leaks. Someone came back and tightened the pipes again. The next night, We smelled gas again, found another leak. Dean told us to open a window and he would send someone the next day. That clearly is not acceptable. They showed up at 11 PM tightened another pipe. Today, the unit it humming and Dean said it is normal and hung up. Its NOT normal. Eventually Dean showed up like nothing happened. He checked

Simply AMAZING service!!! My AC was not working properly and the company who installed it for me 5 years ago had their first appointment in 3 weeks. I called Dean on Friday afternoon. He showed up 3 hours later. Explained to me the problem as well as what to do to prevent it from happening again. He adjusted the Freon level and told me to have it run for a day or 2 and let him know if it wasn't functioning the way it should. On Sunday morning I texted Dean to tell him the AC was not cooling enough. He showed up at 930pm the same day and took care of the problem for free. The AC is working great

Called Dean on Saturday July 18 left a message received a call back a few hours later and scheduled an appointment on Monday 7/20 at 10-12 he said he was personally coming. I called at 11:30 to see if he was still coming and he said he was running late and would be here 1-3 pm and will call 1/2 hour before. At 2:45 since I hadn’t heard from him I called to confirm but left a message. I called again at 4pm left another message which was also never returned. I took the day off from work for nothing and he didn’t even have the courtesy to return my calls and say he wasn’t going to make it. Very
