I hired Krass law firm because a friend recommended me after I had a motorcycle accident. And what a huge mistake it was. Very unprofessional they did not communicate. Had to wait 3 years for a 800 settlement. They don't even have their own office anymore. Never saw an attorney from Krass but had to deal with an assistant a and the first consult was at a coffee shop. Would never recommend this so called firm. Not a fighter. Go elsewhere. Rude! I was in an accident a year or 2 years ago with my sister and we finally got our Settlement money. The thing is that I have gotten 8,222.07 for my settlement statement and I only received 2,000 mind you I was pregnant during this accident. My question is why I didn’t get more especially since I had to pay out of pocket at the hospital. Honestly I should have gotten all 8,000 instead of just 2,000. And another thing that they don’t let you know where’s their new location. This law firm is really not that great.

The property damage claim was handle good, but every part else of my claim has been a terrible experience. I initially signed the contract with Fernanda and then was pushed around from receptionist to receptionist as I attempted to heal from the accident (dated 4-7-2020). My story is like anyone's... I was in an unexpected accident that wasn't my fault. The person who hit me tried to run. I had neck issues due to the accident. I called Krass the next day, and they handled everything and put my mind at ease, they arranged for my medical treatment and were able to get me the settlement I deserved. Worst attorney team ever!!!!
They don’t keep you updated of anything, they expect you to know what to do!
they are rude and scream at you over the phone.. they want to make you lied that you have injuries when it’s not true and because of that they hold the case and check for as long as they want!!!
This happened on March and till this day I’m still waiting.. and the insurance (infinity) is no help either!!! I have text proof of how professional they are. No need to go back and forth of anything and no need for me to lie either.

I must say Mr Krauss is very professional and a sharp dresser. I was very proud to be represented in court by such a clean sharp dresser. The younger attorneys dress like Crap.
Had a few bumps with Rosalind however we did work our issues out. Rosalind takes the place of at least 5 employees at any given time. She is very knowledgeable.

Probably the worst law firm in the history of law firms. Mr Krass is extremely rude and not welcoming. They were very unprofessional. I went through maybe 3 different paralegals in the almost 2 years it took to settle my case. They were a bit unorganized. They weren't very good when it came to fighting for me in terms of negotiations. They were getting rejected left and right and couldn't do anything about it. Finally when everything was finalized, I received way less than what I should have. Oh I should mention it's been over a year and Krass has not paid my medical bills. They

I was hesitant on leaving a review because I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I honestly did not enjoy my experience with this firm. There were several situations where my paperwork and doctor's appointments were mishandled. Initially, I was dealing with a parallegal named Lucia and half way through my case she left the firm and I was never told of her departure. From there on, I dealt with other staff, who nonetheless also lack customer service. I have dealt with other law firms and this by far has been the worst experience.
