My experience with Dr. Schwartz started out great when I started coming here since the end of December 2020.
People in the office were nice and friendly. The office was always busy and I felt like they would get you in and out as fast as possible. As time passed, I quickly realized that the associates working the desk did not know what they were doing. I looked at my EOB's from my insurance provider and found that I had been overpaying by a few dollars for each visit. I told the person who charged my card to correct it on 01/26/21 because I knew I had overpaid by $23.35 at that point. I just found
