I have partnered with WBT for the last two years for our IT services. Outstanding. Truly outstanding. Our phone services company created a debacle that would've resulted in our phones not working at all on the first day of occupation of our new office suite. After speaking to the phone manufacturer, I called Wright Technologies. Every single staff member I had contact with from from Erica who answered the phone to Jonathan Szabo who initially took down my information and details to narrow down the issues to Frank Sandifer and Chris Harman who actually did the installation were courteous, professional and patient. They turned a disaster into a smooth operation
