Our founder, Dr. Steven Binder has been serving the residents of Statesville, North Carolina and the surrounding communities since 1981, providing chiropractic care and wellness counseling to promote whole body rehabilitation.He holds certifications in impairment ratings, as well as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome diagnosis and upper extremity adjusting.

Kristin's responsibilities range from assisting Dr. Binder with administrative tasks to patient care. While her primary position is the Executive Assistant to Dr. Binder and Marketing Director for our office. She is married with two children. Kristin is active in our community as she is a member of Statesville Leading Ladies, Statesville Chamber and a Board Member for a local non-profit, The Lauren Marie Kinsey Foundation for Synovial Sarcoma.

We work to provide pain relief from aches and pain resulting from different types of injuries including personal injuries and auto accidents.

Health Network Solutions, Inc., President / Board Chairman since 1996 (Founded this network of chiropractors in NC, SC and VA contracted with BCBSNC, MedCost, Cigna-NC/SC, and many other MCO's). Dr. Brad Mundorf was injured while lifting weights during his time as a student at Appalachian State.
I personally sought out Dr. Binder's expertise due to my neck pain + TMJ pain that triggers migraines. My husband sees a chiropractor in Mooresville where we live, and although he's happy with his care, Dr. Binder has had great reviews with his TMJ relief! I have been under his care for the past few months and I can honestly say my jaw pain is very minimal and my headaches/migraines went from 4-6 per week to maybe 1 every TWO weeks!

I came to Binder unable to comfortably sit/stand. When i sat down i would sit at a 45 degree angle and would have to shuffle constantly. Dr. Amanda Binder is not only thoughtful, kind, and courteous but is so knowledgeable and gentle! Would recommend this practice 100%! Great people, great work, excellent outcomes!!

I have had back problems since I was in high school. Dr Binder and his staff have been taking super care of me and my family since we moved here back in 2000. No matter if it is a emergency or just a monthly maintenance visit they have always went out of their way to take care of us and make sure we got the help we needed. I began going to Binder Chiropractic following an automobile accident. The first appointment is longer because of all the information they gather. The ladies that do all of that were very kind but most important is they really do know their stuff. I've never seen an office work as methodical as this group up to Dr. Binder. It flows from one thing to the next and not time is wasted waiting. Then Dr. Binder talks over the x rays and puts together a plan for treatment. He is also kind and doesn't rush you out if you have questions. This is by far the most professional office I have ever seen. Give

I've been going to Binder Chiropractic for years and couldn't ask for a better chiropractor, maintenance care and staff for my treatment. Recently started cold laser therapy for shoulder impingement and after 3 treatments so far, my range of motion has vastly improved and I look forward to continuing the treatment, feeling better and also continuing my monthly chiropractic maintenance, highly recommend this office!!!
