My family and I have been going to Dr. Jones for years now. She has adjusted us through all the many changes of life and when I look back on some of these things, it's wild to see what a big part of our story she has become. She adjusted me through my entire pregnancy. She told me she would knock hours off of my labor. And that happened. She adjusted my son when he was 2 days old. (he's almost 3 now). She is the one we go to when we aren't feeling well and within a couple visits, we are feeling better. But it's not just her skillset and talent, it's her. As a human being, she is simply top notch

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shay and her staff at Race City Chiropractic. Their balance of professionalism and caring is wonderful. When the spine is in line, It simply paves the way for the body to heal. I have always appreciated the education that I have received as a patient there. They don’t just take care of you but they teach you and help you to understand what they are doing and why. Dr jones is an exceptional clinician. i am a physician assistant with post graduate training in orthopedic surgery and an evidence based orientation to clinical practice. dr jones answered all my technical questions and provided a convincing evaluation & treatment plan without the hard sell i have experienced with other chiropractors. her skills at physical manipulation match her analytical competence. the race city staff are supportive & efficient. i would not hesitate to refer suitable primary care patients to race city chiropractic.

My family and I have been under Chiropractic care at Race City for three months. The results for me have been dramatic. Perpetual problems have been erased, good habits have formed and I feel stronger and healthier. I had a near scoliosis in my lower back that would always feel like a "pinch" in my back with any physical activity. Gone! My neck was woefully misaligned. Now it is back in a reasonable range and continues to improve. Highly recommended!!
