Kyle came out to assess our car that was leaning into a ditch in the snow. A previous tow company had pulled it into an untowable
Situation with the car leaning further toward the ditch. Kyle knew he could not get it out until the roads melted but could return to complete the job. He was professional, informative and honest. I would highly recommend this company.

Brennan was my guy. I was looking at a 1.5 hour wait the eve ing before Christmas eve in a busy parking lot at dusk. I was tired and hungry and cold. Driver was rude, tried to leave my window open on my car once it was hooked up, tried to charge me for the tow, the tow truck didn’t have complete seat belts (only straps, not buckle), & he never wore his mask the entire time.
I will say the dispatch employee was great! She even helped me locate a tire shop closer to me so that I could get my car fixed that day.

There dispatch and driver were great at communicating the entire time. They delivered on the timing they committed to over the phone. There driver was amazing, got it hooked up quickly and on the road. I accidentally gave them the wrong address and he called to inform me and work with me to get it towed to the correct shop up the street. Best experience I have ever had with a tow company. They earned a 5 star review.

I'm not sure how this place gets such great feedback, but this place was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!
I initially spoke to Liz in dispatch at 0930 and told her what was going on. I had a flat tire, and asked her the following: If I bought a tire, could they could help me change it? She said, "absolutely, just call us when you get the tire so we can dispatch the truck to be there by the time you get home." When I called her back several hours later, she asked me if I had the tire or the rim. Now mind you, I don't know anything about cars, and thought the tire could just be changed

Excellent service! They made a bad situation better. I hit a massive pothole that blew out 2 tires on my car and it needed to be towed. I called my roadside service and they weren't able to find anyone, and 40 minutes later when they did it would be over an 90 minutes til they arrived. In the meantime I did a google search for towing, found Priority and they had good reviews. I called them and the person on the phone was incredibly polite. He told me where the truck was coming and how long it would take and he was spot on. They had someone to me in 20 minutes! The gentleman loaded up my car with

Had a flat this morning, with a loud pop almost crashed into the side of the road. I had a big scare. Glad kids were not in the car when that happened.
Called roadside assistance and they connected with Priority.
Text update said ETA 75-90min, and Michael from priority called me within 10min and arrived in less than 20min.
Michael was very friendly and accommodating. Great service, efficient and professional!

My 80 year old dad is currently on the phone with the dispatcher of this horrible tow company who keeps telling us that our wait for a tow for our disabled vehicle is 60 mins..that was 2 hours and 20 mins ago.… She then tells me that the driver is still “finishing up in Columbia Md….2 hours and a 20 mins later”. She gets mad because we have been waiting for them for come. The 2nd time we called she REFUSED to give me an ETA but talked over me and continued to tell me that this company only has 2 drivers and that there are about 8 other callers who are probably frustrated

The tow truck driver treated my car like it was their own. They carefully loaded my car onto the towbed making sure the low front end did not even graze the ground. They answered all my questions and that was extremely helpful. They responded to my call quickly and wasted no time delivering the car to the mechanic. Thank you so much!

My engine overheated and my car stopped running while going from NYC to MD on a Sunday at 8am. I called my insurance company and they could not find anyone that was willing to tow me from where my car stopped running, on the DE Turnpike to MD. Finally they found Priority Towing and Recovery. They gave my insurance co an ETA of 11:15am because the driver they were sending was out on another tow.. And sure enough they arrived exactly at the time stated. I know it was a wait but early Sunday morning from DE to MD? I couldn't be happier that someone was willing to get

I blew two tires out on 70W. It was a very scary time for me and I was pretty upset. I called and spoke with Myah. She was wonderful. She was very calming, professional and thorough. She set expectations for me on what would happen. Our call was disconnected during our conversation and she immediately called me right back. Great customer service!! Marty came to get me on 70. When he stepped out of the truck, I immediately felt better. He assured me he would take care of me. My rear tire blew out while driving on Route 32 West. I notified GEICO via their Emergency Service app, of the incident. Within twenty minutes Priority Towing and Recovery appeared to change my flat tire. The driver noticed my space tire was flat, and immediately placed air into it. The driver replaced the blown tire with the space tire. Please note this was performed while I parked on the left side of the highway, and cars speeding by. The driver remained calm and professional throughout.
