This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. They have called our business after they have been told not to call. The girls there are especially GHETTO! They cuss and act so unprofessional when they are asked to stop calling. They will argue and yell... I will never recommend anyone to this company, not that I would ever need them but how do they expect to keep business. The office is nasty and so is the staff. I really don't know how they stay in business. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE... GHETTO FAB

Please have your staff email over VOE. Do not call our office acting like the company owes you something. If you have dealing with an individual you will need to call them. Your staff is to the point of harassment, unprofessional their actions are unfounded. Please remember that by law you are not to contact an employee at their place of employment after you have been told not to call that number. You will be reported to the BBB and a complaint has been file. We have paying customers that need to get through on our phone lines and are unable to do so when your unprofessional staff is tying up our

This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. I have asked them several times to submit a VOE in writing and they call and lie to try and get VOE. They are unprofessional. I asked to speak to the Manager and a woman that said she was the manager was laughing in my face when I told her to stop calling my office. It's not even a debt for me, yet for someone that reported they worked for me. There are laws and I have filed a complaint with the BBB and with the Police Department. If they continue to waste my time I will pursue this in civil court. It is ridiculous that they are tying up

This company is horrible! The ladies there are the worst to talk to. You would think if they are calling to get information they would be professional and nice. NOPE! They are the most unprofessional office I've ever seen. Maybe if you want to have good customers you would consider a business change. Don't call my office looking for someone that defaulted on your 25% interest loan. This is not my problem and learn to take no for an answer. You made a bad investment... again, not my problem.

This place is so ghetto and shady. They call my office asking for an employee and I let them know that they will need to submit a verification of employment via email or mail. She then lies to me and tells me that the employee is standing in front of her and my employee is asking. This is very unethical and unprofessional. How hard is it to send an email. The girls sound uneducated and as though the have a 5th grade education. I also handle collections for our company and would never call people at work and harass them. I will be reporting them to the BBB and finding out if they have a district
