Horrible service. I haven't received the last 3 packages that were apparently "delivered" with specific instructions to not safe drop and deliver to post office if not home. The last time they just left it outside and my item was stolen and then two more packages are missing today! Cx service doesn't help, I received the same email Rey asking me for my tracking # 5 times. Fkking joke

I ordered a sweater since December 9th as a xmas gift for my nephew. It is now Jan.14th and still no sign of the sweater. I emailed Apc to see where my order was and they have no Idea where its at. They just told me its delaying because of covid but thats not true. Ive ordered other stuff from other carriers and the longest they took was 6 days. Apc has taken 33 days and counting because I still have no Idea where my order is and no way of tracking it according to apc. Dont order anything that has apc as a carrier. Trust me you will be disapointed!

I got a piece of cardboard in the mail.. an empty piece of cardboard instead of a cd.. I wrote to the compagny twice about it and didnt get any reply. Avoid them, they will loose or steal your stuff.
*** my bad, i did get a quick response to my first email, asking about the tracking number for the package.. gave it and then nothing. No one as contacted me afterwards, no explanation, nothing even thought I sent a second message a month later.
