AmerTrans has been a leading provider of logistics services since 1984. Since then, we have taken on our clients' most complex challenges and come up with innovative solutions. In 2012, AmerTrans was re-established by Steve Westerberg with a new vision: to become one of the country's leading 4PL Supply Chain Solutions Providers.
With over 10 years logistics experience, I was excited to join AmerTrans as I felt right at home after my first interview. I was impressed by their operations and warehousing services they offer to top tier clients across the nation. AmerTrans has challenged me to strive for excellence and has provided me with great upward mobility in the company.
We provide complete logistics services to our clients. What does that mean? We work with you to provide options that are as comprehensive as you need. We have options that can work with your existing infrastructure, or we can create systems for your business from the ground up. The main types of these options include cargo and courier shipping as well as warehouse services.
Every customer is a priority to us here at AmerTrans. Our detail oriented teams are available to support you before, during, or after normal business hours. No shipment is too complex for us to provide you a solution, no matter the size. FTL shipping utilizes the full 53' trailer, loaded generally with 26 pallets and is provided by one carrier with no stops along the way.
We will work with your business to make a customized solution built for your specific needs. Cross docking is an efficient logistics procedure. Instead of one truck making several stops to different locations to deliver products, goods are separated into trucks at one of our warehouses before going to the same location before delivery.
