Caring Hearts stopped providing service to a needy patient, giving the family only 2 days notice. Instead of giving the family time to find a replacement service, they quit. You can believe this caused major stress on the family already badly stressed from the patient.

LOVE these people. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Mom and Dad are safe at home. I haven't a worry in the world regarding their safety or how they are doing. My husband and I went back to Rochester for the holidays and realized that both Mom and Dad were declining and needed some help. We searched for the right company. John met with us while we were in town, and they started receiving care the following day. We feel so blessed that we found you Caring Hearts of Rochester. We need one of you in San Diego! I have been so happy and relieved to have Caring Hearts in my home. Due to Covid I had to wait for weeks to get my husband home from long term care. He has been home now for almost 4 weeks and I couldn't have done it without them. They are caring (like their name) and our aides have been attentive, kind and respectful. I feared that I wouldn't have been able to get him home but with this help I've been able to rest easy, I can be a wife and not a caregiver and I can enjoy my time with my husband. Caring Hearts of Rochester seems to be the best in Rochester. We were in an urgent time of need for my grandmother and both young ladies at the office made 24/7 care happen within a few hours. They really worked diligently to make sure we had the best caretakers for grandma and we couldn't be more impressed. If you need help taking care of a loved one... look no further and call Crystal and Kristine. They were truly miracle workers when we needed help!

We were so stressed and heartbroken when we were told that mom had to have 24 hour care if she wanted to get discharged from the hospital. I called the list given me by RGH and got more and more frustrated. I was in tears by the time I'd made the 7th call. Companies listed 24/7 but didn't even pick up the phone. We have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about Caring Hearts. Prior to hiring them I looked into some of these reviews. I was saddened by the 4 one star reviews that were on here after having spoken with the owners, so I did a bit of digging. Charmaine Johnson- look at her reviews.... she gives "1" to everything she has reviewed. And it looks like they are all places that she's worked. The folks at Caring Hearts would not reveal this information to me, but it's clear. Rotten employee...? From the looks of it, I'd imagine. Not only has Caring Hearts saved my sanity, they've also saved my marriage

Hi Everyone! Thank you for offering me this chance to write a review and thank you for reading it! We have been so happy with Caring Hearts of Rochester. We were very fearful of having someone in our parent's home and didn't know what to expect. We have been with Caring Hearts for 8 (YES, EIGHT) years and we have yet to find a reason to complain. Not only have they provided best in class service but they also helped us get through the VA and get additional funds to pay for care. We've been at a minimum of 40 hours a week but have had to make many changes for vacations, hospital visits, strokes

Worked very quickly with my wife's long term care insurance. Helped us find a few ways to get her benefit much faster than we expected. We are very happy with Caring Hearts.
