I don’t understand how angels in your home an approved fiscal intermediary agency allows a cdpap program, but tell you “ you can’t claim over 50 hours / week “ even tho someone from Medicaid / from angels ,comes out to re certify the client / consumer for hours over 50 that can be claimed by anyone that person chooses even if it’s 1 PERSON now angles says if the client has over 50 hours they need to fined someone else to claim the rest! I find this a violation against cdpap
