Kelly Marcelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board Certified Counselor. Kelly utilizes researched based therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), Faith based therapeutic approach and motivational interviewing.
Theresa is a leading and respected expert in the area of behavior support, planning, and management. Her approach is aimed at helping parents quickly identify and problem solve difficult behaviors in order to help gain peace in the home environment. Theresa began her career in Special Education in 1995 and received a Master's degree in Special Education from Chapman University in 1997.
Melissa is a speech-language pathologist who provides speech/language evaluations and therapy, and assists with social skills groups. She received her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Oklahoma and her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Iowa.
In therapy sessions, we'll work to solve current problems and change unhelpful thinking and behavior. Strategies and tools used will vary by age. Typically effective individual therapy can start as early as age 5 (with play based strategies), and can be helpful throughout the developmental continuum into late adulthood.
