My name is Henry Sander, Certified Professional Home Inspector and owner of Heartland Home Inspections. Heartland Home Inspections is my go to place for home inspections. Hank is very thorough at what he does and he explains things to you in layman's terms. He saved me from buying a supposedly total rehab that just had a cosmetic fixed. I truly appreciate the work that he does.

As a first time homeowner, I really appreciated how Hank took the time to explain everything to me, and he went above and beyond checking everything possible in the condo. He even recommended service providers and explained why I should or shouldn’t care about x, y, or z. Would definitely recommend him and Heartland Home Inspections to anyone!

Hank was very helpful when we planned to sell our house and in buying our new house. Hank did an inspection on our existing house and pointed out a number of items for us to handled. Once we we put it up for sale and the buyers inspector came, they had very few items that asked us to fix up. Also when inspecting our new construction house he pointed out a few things that we brought up with our builder. Hank was very professional and really educated us on a number of things that has helped us continue to keep our house in tip top shape.

Really enjoyed working with Hank. He was very thorough in his analysis/inspection of the house. He also took his time to stop and explain and give reasoning behind it why something wasn't right or looked good. The write up the inspection was also very thorough and useful. I was able to go through and understand the content being presented. I would recommend Hank to others tht would need a home inspected.

Hank is the Man! From the first initial call I was able to book an appointment and price was reasonable .With all the pictures he took he even has drone to catch all those things I couldn't spot .
He explained allot of major issue and helpe me to prioritize on projects.
He definitely knowledgable would definitely recommend his company to my family and friends . I was referred by my niece who also was happy with his service.

I loved Heartland Home Inspections because Hank was so detailed and professional. The home was 4,000 sq ft. He comes very prepared and is respectful and courteous to everyone. Hank is so incredibly knowledgeable on the inside and outside of a home. My husband was blown away by his knowledge. Our realtor wanted us to use her recommendation but we used heartland instead and our realtor was so impressed by him. She got his card and planned to use him for her other closings. This is the second time I have used Hank from Heartland and will absolutely use him again!

My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Hank as an inspector. He was kind, thorough, helpful, and explained everything to us in a way we could understand. My father-in-law who has been a carpenter for 47 years was present for the inspection and said that Hank was one of the best, if not the most thorough, home inspector he has ever interacted with. We would recommend Hank to anyone and everyone!
