Founded in 2016, this company is setting out to provide current home owners and future home buyers with sound information regarding their investment. Home buying is a very big decision for the customer and we don't take that lightly. We want to help them gain knowledge about the home so they can make an informed decision.
Quintessential Home Inspections currently has two inspectors helping clients with their home inspections inspection needs. Below is a short biography of each inspector and why they chose a career helping people. Dan grew up in Orland Park where he and his wife currently reside. They have three children together, Andrew, Allison, and James.

Scott did a great job on the home inspection, and Dan was very quick to respond when we asked them to go back out to get a radon test done which we forgot about because we were first time home buyers. Over all they were extremely helpful in helping us purchase a new home.

Strongly recommended! The inspector was prompt, patient, courteous and detail oriented. He arrived early and performed a thorough inspection of the property. During the walkthrough, he clearly explained his findings, graciously answered our questions and concerns and gave us tips for maintenance as we were first time homebuyers. In addition, he set up radon and termite inspections and provided referrals for anything we requested i.e. mold and asbestos abatement, roofers, plumber, HVAC, and flooring. Dan at Quintessential performed our home inspection. He showed up early to look around the property. When we arrived he was there to talk to us about the process and what he would be looking for. He walked us around the entire house explaining things as we went along. He told us to ask any questions as they came up and was very thorough and helpful.
When we were finished he promised to have the report to us within 24 hours which was great. The next morning we received the 40+ page report which listed everything he had observed with pictures included, and also gave us a nice summary of the findings

Our new home purchase needed an inspection prior to closing. Dan from Quintessential Inspections was very prompt and thorough during his review of our home. He provided a detailed report w/ pictures and walked us through the entire process not only before hand but also while doing the inspection of our home. He was very polite and answered any questions that we had, including any follow up after the inspection was completed. We closed on our house and everything has been great!
