My laptop was blue screening after a software update. Mike was able to fix it was simple, easy and courteous work. They are honest and straightforward, no hidden fees. I brought my laptop to your office with what I described to you as a possible setting issue. From your chair you said it sounds like malware and would have to keep it. Since you didn't bother to get out of your chair to look at it and didn't offer an estimated date or time I could expect it back I left. Drove directly to another shop, said the exact same thing and the guy looked at it, changed a couple settings and it was fixed in 2 minutes. I paid him and was on my way...

I had some trepidation about handing over my laptop to a stranger, filled with tax files, financial files, passwords, and personal files. Luckily, Mike has the professionalism to ease my mind. He repaired my laptop, replacing the hard drive, saving all my files and information, and having it back to me in 24 hours. The computer is now faster than it was before. I don't need to buy a new expensive laptop and I haven't lost 10 years of files. It was the best $150 I've spent this year. I highly recommend his services.

Excellent work on my Macbook Air. Mike fixed several broken keys of my MacBook Air, whereas I was told by another business I needed to replace the whole computer. Mike gave me a refund check of $40 when he didn't have to replace the whole keyboard like we thought originally needed to be done. He didn't have to do that, and I wouldn't have ever known. But I appreciate the integrity.

The most honest IT solution you can find. Mike is professional and very efficient with diagnostics and repair. I started having problems with my Macbook Pro, and since I had his flyer, I had him fix it, which was done very well and quite fast. Then I started using his services for managed IT for my business and so far have been very pleased. Great work ethics, honest, and good rates.
